1. Participants are required to submit their orders according to our Order Format provided here through email, any incomplete or invalid order forms will not be entertained.
2. Once the order has been confirmed, the first payment has to be made within 48 hours. Any unpaid order will be deemed invalid and thus cancelled unless we have been notified by the participant beforehand.
3. After the first payment is made, participants must be able to provide the Transaction Reference stated in the receipt for confirmation purposes.
4. Participants hold the responsibility of providing accurate and up to date personal particulars in order to avoid any problems, especially for the delivery of products.
5. Participants are advised to check in on their sprees regularly and should keep themselves contactable through both phone and email for updates.
6. Any failure to respond to us within 7 days will lead to the termination of the ongoing transaction unless we have been notified by the participants beforehand.
7. We, owners of Fashion-Recipe, will not be liable for any defects in the goods purchased. We are merely taking orders and are not in any way affiliated with the seller.
8. Normal Postage and Concealed Cash is not advised as there have been cases of missing mails. We will not be held responsible for any of such cases.
9. Participants are liable for their own purchases. No refunds will be given after an order has been made unless the spree is cancelled.
10. Items may encounter custom taxes when being shipped into Singapore. If there is any, the amount(usually 7%) has to be split by all participants according to the amount of dollars purchased.
